Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Tipara Football mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms.

1. What the App provides

Tipara Football publishes football match predictions sourced from a third-party data provider and verified against actual match outcomes. Predictions are presented as informational content. They are not financial advice and do not guarantee any outcome.

2. Not a betting service

The App does not accept wagers, hold funds, or facilitate gambling. We are not affiliated with any bookmaker. You are responsible for compliance with the gambling laws of your jurisdiction if you choose to place bets based on the predictions shown.

3. Subscriptions

Auto-renewable subscription disclosure (per Apple App Review Guideline 3.1.2):

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your account settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions).
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Current pricing and period length are shown on the in-app purchase screen at the time of purchase.

4. Free trial and review bonus

New users may receive a free trial of premium features. The trial duration is shown in-app and may change over time. The review-bonus feature grants temporary extended access in exchange for leaving an App Store review; it is offered at our discretion and may be removed without notice.

The App and the predictions are provided "as is". We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and cancel your subscription through your store account.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date and, where required, an in-app notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the user's country of residence, to the extent required by applicable consumer protection law.
